Jeff has always had a love for cars. After high school he attended and graduated from MATC for auto mechanics.
He spent the next 10 years working in the auto/truck industry working on everything from small cars to semi's.
In 2000, Jeff had an opportunity to run a shop. While hesitant at first, he discovered that his knowledge of cars paired well with his gift to gab. For 14 years, Jeff ran shops and built a rapport with his customers. His number one goal was to have happy customers and technicians. The best way he found to do this, was by being up front and honest.
Jeff's wife, Heather, has also spent a fair amount of time in the automotive industry. She grew up around cars, and has worked in the office, as well as parts & service departments.
They have two children, Andy is walking in his parents footsteps. He's a permanent fixture around the shop. He is quickly picking up a great deal of knowledge working along side his dad, and the other techs. Sarah has a healthy obsession with nice cars, but not nearly the interest the rest of the family has.
In 2014, Jeff decided he would open his own shop. Now he could offer honest repairs at a fair price. Obviously, you can't make everyone happy, but it certainly doesn't stop us from trying. Our customer's are truly our number 1 priority. There are no commission based workers here. So, you never have to worry about being pressured into buying anything you do not need.
